• Vercel (server-side processing for my own tools, downloads and page-view counter)

• Neon (database for my own tools and page-view counter)

• Google/Gmail (my email inbox and the delivery of confirmation and download emails)

• Google Analytics (website performance analysis)

• Meta/Facebook Pixel (if used for advertising)

These providers may process data on my behalf in accordance with GDPR and their own privacy policies.

8. Data Retention
I retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

• Booking data: retained for administrative and tax purposes

• Contact enquiries: retained until resolved

• Analytics data: according to provider retention settings

• Daily operation totals: a 90-day retention policy, enforced by a daily cleanup job. This policy applies only to these aggregate totals, not to all hosting or security logs.

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.
